Marianna Kosharovsky, Founder and Executive Director
Marianna Kosharovsky’s expertise in driving partnerships to advance efficiency in anti-trafficking efforts through technological tools is rooted in over 10 years of experience in human trafficking, law and professional collaboration in the U.S. and abroad. As an attorney, Ms. Kosharovsky represented survivors of sex and labor exploitation at the domestic violence agency Sanctuary for Families, as well as global corporate clients at the international law firm Milbank in New York. In Eastern Europe/Russia, she worked on human trafficking and human rights development with PILnet: Global Network for Public Interest Law, and was a Visiting Professor at the Pericles Center for International Legal Education. Kristen Berg, Director of Outreach & Partnerships
Kristen Berg, JD oversees ALIGHT's outreach efforts to, and active engagement with, professionals in the anti-trafficking field as well as the general public. Prior to joining ALIGHT, Ms. Berg worked on anti-trafficking advocacy campaigns for four years at the international human rights organization Equality Now. While there, she worked closely with organizations around the world to reform anti-trafficking laws and collaborated with law firms on impact litigation. Additionally, Ms. Berg has also worked at human rights organizations in Uganda, Nepal and Tanzania, as well as with the United Nations in Cambodia. Bob Connelly, Board Chair
Bob Connelly contributes his vast expertise as an attorney with over 30 years of experience in private practice and in public interest law in the US and abroad. He is a retired attorney and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of CereScan Corp and a volunteer with the Colorado Center on Law and Policy. Mr. Connelly’s previous positions include Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at US WEST and Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Qwest Communications. Over the years, he has actively contributed to social and economic justice efforts by lending his expertise to a variety of nonprofit and grassroots organizations in Denver and Atlanta, including as former Board Member and Treasurer of the American Civil Liberties Union of Colorado (ACLU-CO), for which he received the Radetsky Award in 2014, and as former Trustee of the Denver Botanic Gardens. Mr. Connelly graduated with a JD from Columbia University School of Law.
Lucy Stribley, Board Member
Lucy Stribley contributes her background as a c-level technology and strategy executive with over 25 years of experience growing and maturing multiple service organizations. Through her current position as Vice President of Flyreel, she provides critical business development support to a technology startup. She also serves as a member of the Wharton Club of Colorado and the Penn Alumni Club of Colorado, as well as a volunteer with Girls Athletic Leadership School. Previously, as a Partner and Senior Vice President of Technology and Strategy at Booz Allen and Hamilton, she brought multi-disciplinary teams to solve client problems and diversified business through effective channel strategies. Ms. Stribley holds an MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.
Melinda Delmonico, Board Member
Melinda Delmonico has extensive experience with developing strategic vision for organizations. She is the President & CEO of Gibson Arnold & Associates, which serves the national legal community through legal recruiting, temporary staffing and document review. Previously, she worked as a Director for CMS/Data Corporation (now Aderant), which provides financial information and time-based billing software and systems for law firms. She has been a member of the Corporate Secretary Association, the Alliance of Professional Women and the Denver Metro Chamber. Ms. Delmonico has also served as President of the Jeffco Schools Foundation. She holds a BA in speech communication from Texas A&M University.
Will Healy, Board Member
Will Healy is a Vice President with the global consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton. His expertise is in critical thinking, analysis and bringing talented people together to solve difficult problems with holistic solutions. Mr. Healy’s experience includes work in a variety of disciplines including IT systems development, emergency preparedness, transportation security and environmental policy for clients around the world. He also serves as Vice President for the LT Thomas F Healy Foundation. Mr. Healy is a graduate of The Webb Institute of Naval Architecture, where he earned a BA in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering.
Peggy Fraser, Board Member
Peggy Fraser brings more than 25 years of experience in client engagement and business development having led sales efforts and strategic partner management in both the private and public sectors. As Principal and part of the Stanton Blackwell core consulting team and practice leader, she provides recommendations and guidance to clients on overarching revenue strategy, sales process and organizational effectiveness. Ms. Fraser’s expertise is in forward-thinking and results-oriented sales and business development. She is passionate about building effective teams, collaborating with motivated people and developing impactful solutions. Ms. Fraser holds a BS from The University of New Hampshire.
Stephanie Marsden Bidstrup, Board Member
Stephanie Marsden Bidstrup is a Vice President with the global consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton, specializing in the technology business. She applies her expertise to developing and delivering IT operations, virtual care and telehealth solutions in support of our nation’s veterans. Ms. Marsden Bidstrup has more than 18 years of experience in delivering strategy, program management, process re-engineering and technology solutions to public sector clients. She holds a BA in international business and Chinese from The George Washington University and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
Laurie Kuhn, Board Member
Laurie Kuhn is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Flyreel, which delivers AI solutions for property insurance. She brings over 20 years of experience in digital innovation, having built her career on identifying disruptive opportunities to address unmet market needs and making transformation happen. She is an advocate and mentor for women pursuing careers in business and technology. Ms. Kuhn holds a BA in International Business from The University of Michigan.

Tonia Bleecher is the Chief Growth Officer at Vantech Solutions. She contributes her 20 years of progressive leadership experience within multi-disciplined teams utilizing expertise in strategy, business development, client relations, quality delivery and account management across geographically dispersed teams to support ALIGHT’s mission. Ms. Bleecher serves as Board Member of Playworks DC. She holds a MA in Community Planning, Land Use and Transportation Planning from The University of Maryland College Park.

Simon Cohen, Technology Advisor
Simon Cohen advises ALIGHT on technology strategy. Mr. Cohen has been working with software and software engineers for the past eighteen years. He has managed in companies from three person startups to eighty thousand person multinationals. He has worked at Getco LLC, UBS, Goldman Sachs and Tolerate. Mr. Cohen is currently a Senior Engineering Manager at Spotify NYC.
Kathy Kaoudis, Compliance Advisor
Kathy Kaoudis, CPA, JD advises ALIGHT on grant and regulatory compliance. Ms. Kaoudis has spent over 12 years in community college higher education and an additional two decades in the private sector as a CPA. Her experience with professional and community organizations includes Charter Member and Chapter President of the Metro-Denver chapter of the American Association for Women in Community Colleges, Leadership Jeffco, Girl Scouts, Colorado Fiscal Manager’s Association, Colorado Bar Association and Denver Bar Association. Ms. Kaoudis is currently Vice President of Administrative Services/Chief Financial Office at Community College of Denver.
